Chalice and Paten with Ring-EW2937

This elegant chalice is crafted in the Gothic style, which flourished during the twelfth century and featured more slender and stylized forms, giving a more spiritual and closer version of God. The base features six delicate medallions depicting different scenes of the Passion of Christ (the Lashing, Thorns Crowning, Gethsemane, the Carrying of the Cross, the Crucifixion, and the Resurrection). The text on the cup reads: Calicem Salutaris Accipiam Et Nomen Domini Invocabo. Includes a 6 1/4" scale paten with ring (not pictured).

8 3/8" high x 4 1/8" cup diameter. Holds 10 oz.
